태초에 하나님이 천지를 창조하셨다.
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
계21:1
나는 새 하늘과 새 땅을 보았습니다. 이전의 하늘과 이전의 땅이 사라지고, 바다도 없어졌습니다.
Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more.
막1:15
"때가 찼다. 하나님의 나라가 가까이 왔다. 회개하여라. 복음을 믿어라.“
and saying, "The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent, and believe in the gospel."

오늘 말씀에 나오는 Kaufman의 글 일부를 옮깁니다.
It is the "available God" whom we have in mind when we worship or pray; it is the available referent that gives content and specificity to any sense of moral obligation or duty to obey God's "Will"; it is the available God in terms of which we speak and think whenever we use the word "God." In this sense "God" denotes for all practical purposes what is essentially a mental or imaginative construct.... it is rather that what their images and ideas are of is the available God, not some utterly unknowable X. (God The Problem, pp. 85-86)
